How can I turn on add-ons on internet when the add-ons are disabled?

i do not know how to turn on the add-ons on internet please give a hand me.
my internet have adjectives the add-ons turned of how can i make it turn on

Answers:
For IE7 be in motion to the Tools -> Internet Options menu item and select the "Programs" tab and click the "Manage add-ons" then select the include on and click the enable or disable radio button at the bottom for respectively one.
For Firefox go to the Tools -> Add-ons menu item and select any Themes or Extensions at the top then click the extra you want to change and click the button for what you want to do near it.
