How do you win such a clear nouns?

I bought an Acer laptop beside windows vista, it come with a built-in camera and mic, but the characteristic was realy impossible. when I record a video, the audio part of a set of it, I can hear a little of me chitchat and alot of background din. so I went to wal-mart and bought a Microsoft lifecam vx-3000 beside built in mic. The video is extreamly better, and the audio is for a time better, i can hear my voice better now, but i still hear a fuzz nouns in the setting that gets anoying. Nothing is running surrounded by my room. it is solid quiet. i enjoy seen other nation videos and the nouns is crystal clear and they say they purely use there mic that come built in. I am starting to regard as it is my pc, but im not sure. why would this clap be there if my room is unmoving silents? Is there anything i can do, or a tool i can use to verbs up the audio for my videos? some considerate of tool that will take that resonance out so you only hear me conversation? I have tweaked everything I know how to, but possibly im missing something. Thanks guys.

Answer:
Your mic seems to be picking up unwanted signal interference (not sound). It could be coming from the PC, radiate by the video line and electronically coupled to the mic splash. It may also come from nearby appliances or lighting ballast.

Try repositioning your cam/mic or plugging a separate mic.
It's expected the laptop.
So you want a better computer right. Sound is sortof tough, depends on your sound card.

Does it nouns better with manager phones on? If it does then possibly you need better speakers, becuase if it sounds great wth headset, you canimagine what it would sound approaching hooked up to a stero.
