Answer:
What program is it affecting? If you pinpoint the program, try uninstalling it, it might work.

:\ I'm a little skeptical though... if rebooting didn't aid it, then I don't know what will.
its not going away ok dude! buy a strange computer or go in need one!
my friend sent an email to me saying that you can find emails that it is from someone you know, but really isnt. this virus has gone around Israel and the U.S. so far not a soul has found a approach to fix this virus. other things the ''email'' will say is ''osama anyone hung'' or'' invitation.''
Use these free programs. They work great to clean up computers.

-Spybot rummage through and destroy
-AVG Free
-CCleaner
-Hijackthis
-Adaware Personal - Lavasoft
-Clamwin antivirus
If none of those work try to use one that you own to pay for and install it contained by safe mode (press F8 Rapidly while your computer is booting and select undamaging mode).
yo man you can try avg 6. something and other multiple virus protection that scan your computer I have have a virus many time any from a download or whatever and if you really obligation to try to find your computer disks that came beside it find one called system restore use that and it will reboot and product your computer with no virus but beside everything uninstalled
