AGP, PCI-X, PCI-e for Mac?

yes and no. a PC video card for the most slice will not work on a mac and this goes for agp, pci-x and pci-e, you can build it work by re flashing the bios rom and or if there are mac drivers but they will not work out of the box.(well some cards will but they are few and far between and don't enjoy any official support by the businesswoman if you try and use it in a mac) so contained by essence the cards are virtually identical but the bios specifically flashed on them and or driver support is what hinders them from man swappable
