You might have to buy a graphics card that's DX9 compatible, close to the other guy said, cheap PC's don't come with anything excluding a 32bit card which is basically cast-offs. If you do end up getting one, grasp at least a 128bit card and you may have need of to get a unknown MoBo while you're at it. I think your processor is wearing clothes too.
