Can I run Raid 0 surrounded by Windows Media Center Edition?
Answer:
It depends on hardware mostly, but WHY would you want to run RAID 0? There is no redundancy which is the main point of have an array. Go with RAID 1 instead. If you are still curious I found a Microsoft support chat that mentions some RAID functions.

There are also companies building Media Center PCs next to RAID 0 and RAID 1 functionality.

Yes, any motherboard that supports RAID 0 will support RAID 0 in Media Center. It have nothing to do beside the operating system, only the hardware.
And John, RAID 0 have nothing to do near redundancy. That's why there's more than one type of RAID.
