What Machine Makes A Mouse Pad?

Hey, I am wondering what contraption makes mouse pad. Or where you can include designs to a mousepad. Here is an example of what i want to do. This company does it well, www.icemat.com / www.steelseries.com I want to create mousepads like that. Would you develop to know whats the best machine for that features of work?

If you're looking to go into the business of custom printing mousepads, you can probably do this next to a screen printing device. But since you're looking to really be paid something crazy detailed, you might want to invest into some expensive three-color-process thermographic printers.
