if the place where on earth you are running your network cable have a lot of interference afterwards its better for shielded. but if it is for ordinary organization use even unshielded can do the job

Shielded twisted pair should be used if you are contained by an area next to a lot of interference. Shielded twisted twosome is going to be more expensive and more difficult to work with because of the shield contained by the cable.
Unshielded is the way to run unless there is a cause to utilize the shielded.
