AGP Question Please Help?

The above is the manual.
The video card he is trying to use is an ATI Radeon Sapphire 128 mb Card.
He have 512 mb ram.
500 watt power supply (just bought)
It say in the guide that the board supports Agp 3.0.
However, when he tries to load any modern 3d winter sport like bf2(512 mb hit required) or counter strike source(256 mb ram required) etc. the complete pc freezes adjectives together.
Any ideas?

-Check if the graphics card's cooling supporter is spinning. A cable might be obstructing the blades.
-Also try to install the most modern ATI driver. Be sure to uninstall first the old driver.
-Check the power supply for stability. Use Foxconn's Superstep software, Everest, etc. to monitor voltage while running a 3D benchmark such as 3DMark 05. Voltages should not fluctuate beyond +/- 5%. Your card is pretty powerful and draws about 47watts (mostly on the +12V rail). Some single +12V guiderail power supplies are very strong on the +3.3V and +5V rail but weak on the +12V guardrail.
My kid could play BF2 at low settings on just an ATI 9550.
Firstly, we entail to know what model of graphics card... Saphire is the brand name of the card, ATI Radeon is the "technology" on the card, but here are abundant variants of Radeon chips...
It's a slight possibility that the card is not an AGP card, but seeing as it's installed and working to a point, that's not completely likely...
More possible is that the graphics drivers are not up to date...
When you find the full model of the card, go to the ATI website and download the most up-to-date drivers... install them and then try again... This usually fixes any problems.
He requirements a vid card that supports at least 4X acceleration, 8X would be better.
