E machines?

My mother died surrounded by 2004 and i got her computor. it's a E domestic device...she bought it around 2000 at the bottom it says "make your own C.d's..CDRW. it's a emachine T1100. I tried to burn a c.d. of photo's from my save pic's and it didn't copy..does this model burn c.d.'s and if yes, how do i find it on my computor?

well according to emachines, it have a 1 ghz cpu (128kb l2 cache)
xp home, intel 810 chipset w/100mhz fsb

now unless the cd-rw drive be replaced,or the o/s is messed up the drive should be fine.however if it doesnt have a burning program on it, similar to nero,roxio etc, it wont burn a cd for you,so check to see what programs are on it.
Look for the program like confident cd creator or nero. If it is not on your pc, download one of the free one from download. Or you can buy one resembling Roxio and install it. Or you can connect usb drive, external, and drag and drop all picture you want. afterwards make cd on another specified good computer.
