What card reader should i seize to verbs background from PC to Micro SD card?

I own an HP Pavilion from the year 2000, so my usb ports arent 2.0.

And my operating system is Windows ME.

Ive see a card reader that supports windows Me, and etc.

And is usb 1.1 the older version i probubly enjoy? becouse one of card reader descriptions says its compatiable near usb 1.1

I hope no is too confused by these details. im just trying to put surrounded by enuff info to give anyone a apposite idea of what im working beside.

Im trying to transfer music from my laptop, to my LG chocolate phone.
And Verizon told me i could get a card reader to upload my existing music library onto a micro sd card.

i think most card reader use can use usb 1.1

you can use card reader that support micro sd card or use the micro sd card converter that bundled near your micro sd card to be able to use it contained by card reader that support standard sd card
