My ribbon cable supports 2 CD-ROM drives, do I own to upgrade the mobo to use more?

I don't enjoy another port for another ribbon cable, and to my knowledge here isn't a 3 device ribbon-cable, how do I go nearly putting in more 5.25" devices?
