Liquid cooling contained by desktop computers...a step too far?

Yesterday I see some wonderful machines here in Tokyo, shoot 'em ups on three screen, liquid cooling for cpu (and clear cards), and memory with digital read out of frequency and temperture on the simm.

Now, the solution cooling part...though I've see it inside the case within the UK - safe as it can obtain, I guess.....here they have external cooling devices, running fluid cooling pipes into the casing. Now any home near children is bound to have this interesting thaw fan device knock off of the top of the electrical device, and cpu/motherboard/case is going to follow. And if the dam entry leaks, the computer is F*cked. So why bother? Has anyone have any nasty experiences near liquid cooling even so? I saw the Xbox 360 Laptop online, and he had 'pads' to absord any discharge - which I don't think is honest enough.

So is anyone aware that surrounded by telecomms we use Peltier coolers to cool down that $10,000 laser. So why not use them for the pc? Or only just go near a huge heatsink?
Noisy liquid cooling system.

Answer:
In soft cooling, most people obtain non-conductive liquid
so even if it did come to pass to leak, it will not injure anything
all you enjoy to do is turn off the computer
replace the tube
blow try the computer component and start it up again

and Peltiers are the stupidest things ever
use Phase Changers

External cooling devices work much better than internal though
and children, i.e. why you keep the computer away, close the door, preserve the computer suspended.

oh and for the guy above me,
phase changing is not close to a fridge, or a freezer for that fact
try 50 degree C below a freezer
temps can reach surrounded by the negative 20 celcius even at full nouns and maximum overclock
Well,i don't think that it's a step too far.I imagine it's necessary as at the moment people use computers frequently.Liquid cooling works better than the usual fans.
I regard liquid cooling is a short time ago an extreme.... I view the desktop computer similar to an automobile, when you pop the hood, who are you going to impress... Sure, liquid coolers do function and keep hold of the cpu very cool.... conceivably even too cool.... I just estimate its "Bling Bling" for the computer.....And also for the "NO Kid or PET zone"
almost everything is wright except "if the dam item leaks, the computer is F*cked" cose in that exist liquids that when(IFF) they leak nothings gonna happen - they are not conductive approaching water. Miss that point while watching:):)What in the order of a price of Peltier cooler?huh expensive. so what? well generate a water cooling :) cheapest. Noisy? no process man today watter pump are soundless. That's why they sell it :)
Don't agree? Try it earlier speaking only by looking :):)
Its individual extravagant if you dont need it. Only using processors and graphics cards that run hot own any need of such technology. Ive never hear of a liquid cooling system leak, so this shouldnt be a worry. If your home isnt stable adequate to prevent your computer case from individual knocked over, you shouldnt enjoy one to begin next to.
it isn't a step to far there are alot of honourable uses for it one is if you want to do some overclocking the cpu and gpu, wanting the computer to be quite the hose down cooling isn't noisy if you take a good one and hold on to it full of Liquid
and the inteanal ones are better if you have kids.nearby is Liquid that doesn't harm the board or any componets if it leakes on them.in that isn't vary lots times that there is a problem near water cooling if you are a gamer or overclocker than no it isn't a step to far.
If you intend extreme overclocking or competition gaming Phase Change Cooling (works resembling a fridge) would be better.
