Either one will work as long as you have the Macbook beside the Intel chip.
I'm not too experienced with BootCamp (or Macs, for that thing.) but I believe that you will have to use SP2.
You can't upgrade a system explicitly not there, so you can't use the upgrade disc.
You will call for the full version of XP, not the upgrade, unless you already enjoy a older revision of windows on your Mac....
Doesn't concern what cpu it has, macs are designed NOT to own a bios chip. That's means cannot be used resembling a normal notebook.
You can, however, make a dual boot on it beside winxp and Mac OS X. It has to hold the OS X on it for it to work.
