I enjoy a fifth generation iPod and everytime I plug it into my computer the Do Not Disconnect deity comes up and stays up. My iTunes never opens and even when it is unequivocal my iPod will not show up. I got this iPod second December and it only just this minute started to do this. Please help me!! Is it simply not updating or is it something more serious?

My Ipod started to do that recently too..I have just installed the investigational 7.0 version of itunes. Thats when it started. So What i concluded up doing it reinstalling a fresh copy of itunes. I did the whole update process for the newer 7.1 or doesn`t matter what just come out. And now it works.. Try that and honourable luck if its not that
