I get this Hauppauge TV tuner with FM radio tuner. And it works great.
Let me make the addition of, many will say-so brand/price don't matter. I disagree, Ive owned several. ATI TV tuners suck.

a lot you can examine tv on pc only connect it up it may ask for a cd. driver if so put that cd driver in and install da drivers
catch urself an Asus.. I have using it for years.. the clarity is too ******* biddable.
