When I connect it to any other computers it works in need problem.Even I changed my windows ,I uninstalled it device and installed it again,but they doesn`t help yourself to anyeffect atall.additional INFO:My overnight case has four USB slot(I interview all,they don`t own problem),onboard VGA256,2#512 DDR2 RAM,CPU2.8.Help me please?

yeah.. i also have an idea that that the power in your usb slots doesn't or cannot support the needed voltage for your joystick.. try using other low powered joystick.
did you install the device driver for your joystick?you need to install it to use the device.
