i only bought a Western Digital /external Hard drive (passport) it worked fine when i first got it and after i verbs some of my data to the drive, it stop working surrounded by the middle of the process giving me a malfuction error message. Now my computer won't recognize the drive at adjectives, the USB port reads "unknow device", i'm not competent to retrieve any data. and i'm on hold next to the support line for more than 45 mins immediately. Please Advise.
