I am looking for a cheap, reliable, flowing to use TV Card for cassette TV Programs on my PC. Any suggestions?

I want a TV Card that is to say external i.e. plugs in using a USB port and will allow me to copy programs on TV. Thanks a lot :)

you can recieve digital and analog tv and radio channels. and can account them all on to your workstation by pre programming the software.
I dont think you stipulation a TV tuner card now a days to keep under surveillance TV programs on PC.Only thing you hold to do is to buy a small software which give you an access to around 3000 TV/Radio stations from adjectives over the world.
