Why wont it work?
Answer:
Is this webcam compatiable with your computer? If it is run to your control panel. then progress to hardware and then click on device inspector. if it is not there turn upside down your computer for it. if your computer recognises it then in attendance could be something wrong with the camera. if your computer does not recognise it ( near will be an '!' mark subsequent to it. Right click it and click update driver. ( when you update the driver put the cd in you procure with the camera) If this still does not work unistall the driver ( right click on it) and unplug it from your computer. afterwards plug it back within. your computer should come up with a message and it will endow with you the device wizard option. follow the steps beside the cd you got next to the camera in the drive.
If the camera still fail to work contact the customer support on the back of the box or surrounded by the booklet or go on microsoft to see if they can endow with you any help.

plug the cam contained by ... and if the new hardware wizard comes up point it to the installation cd ... but for go to device principal and do it from there ...
read the instructions and do wot they say aloud
IF you have done everything that it say and have done this correctly later maybe the cam is flawed....I would uninstal everything...restart pc and try again...if it fail then nick cam back from where on earth you got it from.

providing you hold xp just plug it straight into an available usb port and xp should ask if this come with an installation cd and you can verbs from there as xp is the individual platform that will recognise new hardware.
If you aint done so already...uninstall the software from the control panel add/remove programme Then reinstall it again.
Often you enjoy to install the software first from the CD-ROM disk supplied then keep on for the on screen prompt to describe you when to plug the webcams USB cable in to the computers USB port

the together process should take no longer later ten minutes or so to complete the installation. good luck
