I own an emprex dvd dual 16x double layer which is not playing any dvd disc. It plays music cds and cd-rom but not dvds.
When i try to play the dvd on power dvd it is maxim "a disc with unsupported format surrounded by drive E:"
I have updated my dvd drivers but stil wont work. please i call for help.

try to uninstall/install the DVD decoder (the software you use to play the DVD), see if it works
