If you're discussion about the "extra outdated pci graphics card" series, I would have to state a "predictable not".
You're probably referring to the old bequest PCI video cards of the 90s and last decade merely prior to the arrival of AGP bus technology. Your new ATI Radeon card is PCI - Express (PCIe). They won't complement respectively other's bus speeds/technology at all. Sorry.
