My compact disc burner won't certify a blank compact disc surrounded by the drive.?

Go to Start, My Computer, and right click on the CD drive communiqu¨¦. Scroll to properties and if it shows the disk is full (the circle will be filled next to blue) then throw out the compact disc as even if it is truly blank if you have tried writing on it after many times the disc is no good and you enjoy to start with a fresh disc. I have have many CDs show as full of notes when there wasn't in reality anything on them. That's just the bearing it works sometimes.
if u have a cd-rw drive u should know how to rewrite on it but if it wont recognise it then most imagined u have cd-r drive so u necessitate to put a new blank cd surrounded by it
make sure you are using cd(r) or cd(rw) cds .. ur cd rw drive maynot support . cd-r cd -rw cd + r cd rw+

they will burn to cd when done the cd door will open remove the cd
