Video card give a hand?
Yes, my onboard video drivers are off.
Answer:
1: If your video card have 256kb RAM onboard, then you're screwed. I reflect you mean 256MB
2: Are you using a PCI video card, or PCI-E? If you're using a PCI card, after its time to get a brand new one. PCI cards aren't going to give you big graphics quality for today's games. PCI-E will though.
3: Could be you're using prehistoric drivers. Make sure you have the most up-to-date drivers for your video card.
4: Could be your monitor. What helpful is it? What refresh rates does it support?
5: Check beside your MOBO manufacturer almost BIOS updates that may resolve known issues next to your Video / Motherboard
You CPU is not the problem it's your Video Card , it's pretty weak.
Upgrade to a better video card.
running that species of system, you should not use your onboard video card. Check and see if you have a PCI Express slot, and if you do upgrade your video card to a pci express x16 card. Nvidia is making the foremost cards right now. I hold 3 computers all running nvidia cards and graphics are awesome. BFG brand nvidia cards are the best. I am running battlefield 2 on unbeatable possible graphics settings on a 32" LCD with just a 2.8GHz AMD system. I have a 256MB BFG brand Nvidia GeForce 8750. Totally recommend. But you should update your drivers first rotten, if you dont feel close to spending any money........ Hope this helps
your specs are angelic, but your video card y poor, y dont believe that you have 256 kb on your video card, you must buy a alien, i have an nVidia GeForce 6100 next to 512mb its good, but it still old-fashioned. the best video card is the SLI system, from nVidia. At least draw from a 256 MB video card.

PCI graphics cards won't give you greatly much performance. AGP interface pictographic cards are much better than regular PCI ones. AGP interface cards have be replaced by the even better PCI Express x16 interface cards . The 9250 is a low-end card too. You should upgrade your system to the newer PCI Express x16 graphics and use at least a mid-range video card.
