Will this memory work an these motherboards?

The memory is CRUCIAL / 1GB / 240-pin DIMM / 667MHz / DDR2 PC2-5300 memory module / CT12864AA667

The motherboards are:
Intel D945GCCRL Socket 775 MicroATX Motherboard

and

Intel DG33BUC Socket 775 Motherboard

Will the memory work beside either of these? Or both? or *gasp* NONE?

Answers:
The D945GCCRL claims to max at 533mhz strike. The Intel DG33BUC supports it, but spend the extra $4 for DDR2 800
Look up the specs for the mobo's, they will tell you what compassionate of memory they support.

If you are buying a new mobo - and hold old memory sticks lay around, chances are they won't work - or even if they will, within is faster memory - with more memory per stick avaiable cheap.
