SD Card request for information... ReadyBoost?

Is the Kingston SD/1GBCR SD card quick enough for Windows Ready boost. I am looking within buying this card as it is very inexpensive.

Any hot card should be capable, especially that.
everything is in haste enough for window ready boost! (at tiniest on my computer, and i thought for every other one!!)
