With those specs, it's either used or overstock. You can procure a newer one for $300 US (I'd add an extra $100 shipping & handling if you're buying online).

I frequently work on computers so I'm fairly experienced near prices. and a computer with that configuration should be anywhere from $450 to $600 depending on if its clean or used
