Assuming that you own one of those multimedia card readers installed (either as a USB nouns or hardwired into your desktop/laptop), it should appear as a drive on your "My Computer" windows display, or on your desktop if you're using OS X.
Simply double click on the item to break open up the window and unstop up the folder/directory where you want to verbs the file(s) from.
You can either click and drag the item(s) from one folder to the other folder or you can right click, select 'copy' and later click on the destination folder and click 'paste'.
