if your room temp. is usual ie.28degrees to 38degrees then the aged one is enough
if it's much hotter next get a different fan for success
the old one should work if u enjoy good grip flow ... if it was me i would decree a good aftermarket heatsink and adherent ... i use a thermalright si120 with a 120mm hanger-on ..
You can only use duplicate fan if it is rate for cooling on the 4000, but I personally would buy a investigational fan to be in motion with the contemporary processor. No sense in upgrading the processor and preserve an old cooling disciple.
