What type of memory should I buy and can you recommend any brands?

Does this miserable I need a DDR or SDRAM Memory? I don't take it. I went to crucial.com and it said I involve DDR Memory PC3200 or 4000, but I read somewhere else that said a SDRAM will not work if you need a DDR. I'm confused. I appreciate any serve. Thanks
