Specificially, I want to buy a GeForce 7950GT and I want to know which brand(BFG,XFX or eVGA only) put together the graphic card LESS NOISIER and which one is the best overall?Other comments might be dutiful. Thanks.

Out of those i would say a evga, but i instinctively like ati ones, theyve last generally longer for me, and they carry out well!
I use eVGA. I hold not had any problems next to it and it works great.
