Is it ok to connect dvd drive and rock-hard drive through impossible to tell apart cable?
Answer:
yes but sort hdd master and dvd drive slave.
if they are both IDE connectors no problem. It's a wide connector next to 2 rows of pins. Make sure you set the hard drive jersey to be a master and the DVD to be a slave. Don't trust Chip Select
It's a little awkward unless you can bring the hardrive secure up surrounded by the larger drive bay....but yeah it will work as long as you own one set as master and the other as slave.
it's ok if u connected u'r both drives carefully connect the dvd drive & easier said than done drive with a seprate connector contained by cable the top connector connect in master and the lower connector surrounded by slave
and the last connector contained by mother board. u can make any one drive master or slave it's no problem but if u clear hard drive master it's better. contained by back of tough drive and dvd drive change the pullover setting make tricky drive master and dvd drive salve. if u use a settle drives use 80 pin cable.
its fine...
