that barebone has the luggage, motherboard, onboard video and audio. youll need a cpu, hit, graphics card(if you want better graphics but not neccesary). cpu cooler, hardrive, cd/dvd rom or w/e you want. i have a shuttle as a medium center style system and i like it deeply. the only piece that concerns me abou this particular one is the power supply included. it is kinda low wattage.
antec.com have a wattage calculator to tell how much your possible config will have need of.
this system is not very apposite for the upgrading.. with just two on board PCI slots looks approaching you can only install the micro motherboards contained by the box the 240 watt power supply is to small for todays graphics cards so the choice is yours
