Why doesn't my Win98 fully start up when my eKeys is plugged intot he USB?

When I plugged it contained by, it found the drivers, and asked to be restarted. I did, and now it begin to start-up, and stops on a black screen. I un-plug the grand piano, reset, and it begins fine. Help?

Program is not compatable near 98 windows or you could uninstall the rugged drive then do a bright install then it would work fine if it is compatible
you obligation a regular keyboard start the notebook and let it nouns in afterwards plug in the usb the ivories it will find it again when it asks to restart again say no after restart manualy you should be good if th usb upright works then shut down and unplug the regular baby grand and restart
