i get the Saitek GM3200 laser mouse, and it lights up, is there any opening i can trun it off besides unpluggin it?

Do you mean idle the mouse? No, it can't me turn off unless your move about right click My Computer > Properties > Hardware > Device Manager > Mice (by disabling or uninstall it)
