ok the TAB is the most exalted here!!....
the TAB is use to go down between icon...
so try to press TAB when yu are in your dekstop
later if you are in the internet only just press F4 to change the url!!!

is your keyboard a usb or a ps/2(the round looking plug) if its usb and it works, buy a usb hub which is approaching an extension cord/power strip so you can turn that working one into four.
if you dont have any i suggest buying a pci card that plugs into where on earth the dialup modem/video card goes. what that will do is dispense you working usb ports.
tab to move around... arrow to pick... f4 to new site... alt+f4 to close pane... enter to choose the selected association or whatever... what else would be useful.... hmmmm.... i dont know.. what else do u want...
