Computer mouse is not controllable - do I enjoy a virus?

If you enjoy an old mouse (one beside a ball contained by the middle of the bottom) then you enjoy dirty balls and rollers. <snicker> You nick off that cover around the globe and clean the orb and the rollers.
If you have an optical mouse (red wispy on bottom) then you're probably running the mouse on a reflective surface, approaching a mirror, glass top, etc etc.
unplug and plug the mouse from you workstation and restart it, if it don't work replace your mouse
yea mice do that you need a up to date mouse pad, black ones typically verbs those things and the shiny ones do too
Your mouse is worn out. They do wear out. Buy a new one.
Get a MAC
Yeah, it might in recent times sux now, you should probably switch to an Optical mouse
