I plugged my unmarked Eyetoy USB camera into the computer but I don't know how to tell my computer that I hold it. I remember a little box come up in the bottom right foot corner when I first plugged it in axiom, click here to install hardware, but I exited it and it hasn't come up since.

Go to Control panel > Add new hardware and try detecting the unknown hardware. Access the driver from the CD or other medium (incase if its autodetect not needed) and install the hardware.

If it's an XP, usually it will automatically authorize new hardware. Have you tried unplugging from the USB port and plugging it put a bet on up? Wait a minute or so before plugging it rear up. That usually works for me.
