When I am burning things on my DVD drive, it keep cancel and wise saying ` error code 4261(0x000010a5)` give a hand!?

Answer:
More info needed to backing.
What type of DVD are you burning ? Data DVD, Video DVD ? Audioo CD ? or what
HOW are you burning ? Windows built surrounded by crap? Nero ? Roxio ? Oter software ?
If Nero etc, do you have the exact error as given surrounded by the error log it generates, usually the log shows more adjectives info like what the error code channel.

But in short it resources "It didn't complete the burn with no errors"

Have you a short time ago started using a new bpack of medium, different brand ?
Is it a new drive ?
Has it ever worked ?

With some of this info we might know how to help.
these error codes hold specific solutions and meanings, usually only fixed by deicated engineers
i enjoy a vague memory of a similar problem occuring to me roughly 2 or 3 years ago,i remember it being a hardware related problem,so check for firmware updates and try different writable disks
this pdf document(http://ietfreport.isoc.org/rfc/pdf/rfc42... a example of a 4261 error, you may have need of to scroll down to read the text, but again this info is probally of use to technicians
realistically i would try to win hold of another dvd-rw drive and try doing some burning on your p.c,if it works you can cancel out a motherboard or software problem...solution:replace your current drive
however if the error occur again, then adjustment your brand of writable disks,if burning works then its a medium problem...solution:change your brand of removable medium
if problem persists, consequently try using another burning software,nero(http://www.nero.com/nero7/eng/nero7-demo... is the most popular but others include roxio(http://www.roxio.com/) and ashampoo(http://www.download.com/ashampoo-burning...
after installing another type of burning software, try a burn,if the burn is succesful then hang on to that program
although dvd/cd recorders hold been around for masses years, the media used surrounded by them is becoming more low quality, and this can mete out disk errors in itself
any more probs permit me know
good luck mate!
