I hold a complete backup of my ME operating system using Nero Backup. I'd like to verbs the info to my XP operating system. When I transfered it via usb 2.0 to an external drive I lost everything that was already on the external drive. Love those disc backups. So can I undamagingly transfer my backup from a FAT32 to the XP system via disc? Thank You

Yes, you can backup to FAT32, then restore to NTFS. You can't, however, restore information from your Apple hard drive to your Windows XP computer.
