What? More info dude. Without more it sounds close to you are looking for a simple USB to USB connection, so teach us on what the interface port is on the front of your computer, becuase usually that is USB. What are you trying to accomplish here? There have to be a better solution that what it sounds like you are trying to do.
right the front ports on your computer probably enjoy a usb header that is designed to fit onto your motherboard the solitary thing i can suggest is finding a older usb connection bad something else cut off the ending and solder them together using shrink rap over each nouns and over the whole bunch but the wires contained by the usb cable would have to be colour coded
or you only could buy one :)
