Usb cam- helpppppppp?
ive never posted in this factor of the forum before so sorry if its contained by the wrong place.
I bought a usb webcam a few months ago-I tried to install it and my computer wouldnt accept it- The comp kept freezing after i tried to turn it on.A compact disc to install it came next to it-But i have since moved home and misplaced it.
Ive since gotten a exotic comp but I dont have the compact disc to install the CAM -can i get software online to install it

Go to the manufatcurers site and search for that models driver. You can download it from the internet.
Just google the sort and model and i am sure you will find the "drivers" for the cam !!
and the make, model of the usb pattern cam is?
you go to that website and take the driver.
Or, you grab http://pclinuxos.com and run it as a live CDrom, next to the cam USB plugged in, as it boots up within the RAM disc. Should come up in multimedia>video menu.
