It would probably be cheaper to newly get a unbroken new combo becuase usually replacement parts are over priced and firm to get. I am not even sure that you can get hold of parts, you could check with Microsoft just about that. If you do get a exotic combo stick with Microsoft because i love my cordless Microsoft upright and mouse
