Flash memory format?
I enjoy a problem with my Kingston notes traveler 512mb . the problem is that i cannot access it when i click on it there is a message appeared , it say the disk is not formated do you want to format it then i click yes because i haven't influential data stored on it , after i click yes another message appeared said this dislk cannot be formatted > when i right click to viewpoint the properties the file system appears as RAW

Emm... Check it to see if there's something to kind it write protected, because some of the flash memories have something approaching the one in floppies to protect background write on.
Check to see if there is an risk to format the disk as FAT32 or plain old FAT. I don't believe the traveler will support human being formatted NTFS, or other format.
If it is write protected you will never be able to reformat it unless you digit out how to take of the write protection. Also is it a read single? if it is than you can only use it once. If it is read write next you must turn off the write protection and format away. Take thought Heather
