Downloadable clock that relies on Internet?

I inevitability a downloadable clock for the Windows side of my MacBook. I want it to get the time not from what my computer think it is, but rather what the Internet tell it is.
Reason being that Windows think it is a different time, and I cannot seem to find a time zone that will compensate for the "time difference"

Reset your clock to your time zone
Right click the clock hit adjust date and time. select time zone. and reset your clock.
