Would a PCI graphics card work for a team game resembling medieval total period of war 2 because i hold a celeron processer.?

Can't use anti radon 9600 because i own a stupid celeron processer so can a lower quality graphics card close to a pci work with my hobby?

Answer:
One of the best PCI cards you can get is a FX5500. The question are,
Is it worth it?
Will it give me a respectable frame rate at even milieu or low settings?
yes i dont see why not, i have used Nvidia cards are VGA but PCI cards work merely as well.
the best PCI card you can buy to date is the ATI Radeon X1300 256mb
its pretty powerful , i dont see why it shouldnt play it

cheers
