Well you are saying downloading instead of transfering. So I assuming that you are conversation about the internet. It go about the internet speed not so much your computer. Faster internet = faster speed. If you scrounging transfering like surrounded by files on the computer to a flashdrive or something, then the tough drive would most important. 7200+ most awkwardly
