I own a Maxtor Persoanl Storage 3200 external USB complicated drive, and Explorer can't see it?

If I budge into My Computer, Manage, Disk Management it shows.
In Control Panel, System it shows as a hard drive, but you can't see it below My Computer, so I can't access it.

The drive works fine on other machines.... any ideas?

Answer:
While surrounded by Disk Management, make sure it be assigned a free drive letter. If not, assign it an available one.

This happen to me sometime with USB flash drives. I basically go surrounded by, give it another drive communiqu¨¦, and it shows up in My Computer.
