AnyDVD from Slysoft, 21 day free trial! Works great!
economically DVDshrink is your best bet. most commercially produced DVD's are twice the size of a 4.7gb disc.
1. You need to own a DVD-ROM in your computer that can copy DVD+R or DVD-R.
2. You entail to purchase DVD+R disks or DVD-R disks (depending on what your DVD-ROM can handle.
3. You entail software on your computer to burn files to the DVD disk. (A CD usually comes next to the DVD-ROM containing the software).
I use dvdfab(free) and Nero recode for dvd backups. But Nero is not free and you can try dvdshrink(outdated).
