try changing the resolution or encoding to AVI tthen converting it following on.
encoding to MPEG or DivX takes profusely of CPU and it gets messed up if you do it on the fly.
in good health converting analogue to digital is a tricky bussiness. one has to obtain get the correct revitalize rates and the video sizes. if the graphic rendering speeds are faster than the bit rate of the nouns or a sound and video which are not the recommended standards that work to gether later you will have de-synchronisation of the nouns. purely becuase they refresh at different speeds.
